Redesigned 2020 Nissan Versa Rocks Out

By Justin Cupler | April 15th, 2019

Customers on a budget but refuse to sacrifice quality for price head to Garber Nissan to check out the value-packed Nissan Versa. With the debut of the redesigned 2020 Nissan Versa just a few days ago at the Rock the Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival, our Saginaw and Bay City area car shoppers have even more reason to stop by our showroom and check out this subcompact sedan. Here’s what the all-new 2020 Versa has to offer.

Visually, the 2020 Nissan Versa looks nothing like its predecessor with its longer, wider, and lower body. It also boasts loads of Altima- and Maxima-inspired design bits, including its bold V-motion grille, boomerang-shaped lighting, kick-up C-pillars, and floating roof design. This new look pushes the bounds of the subcompact realm, which is sure to enhance the Versa’s already great popularity in its class.

Inside, the 2020 Nissan Versa continues to draw from its larger siblings, the Maxima and Altima, with its flat-bottom steering wheel and “Gliding Wing” dash that gives the Versa a wider looking cabin. You may find yourself thinking “is that a Versa?” when you see it in our Saginaw area showroom. You’ll enjoy high-end premium standard features too, including remote keyless entry, push-button ignition, and power windows. Is that not enough for you? There will also be loads of options, including heated front seats, automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and more.

Under its hood, the 2020 Nissan Versa will continue with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, but Nissan will up its output to 122 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque. The transmission options will remain a standard five-speed manual or an optional continuously variable transmission.

Our Saginaw area shoppers can feel safe with the 2020 Nissan Versa’s standard automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, lane-departure warning, and automatic high-beam headlights. Want more safety for your Bay City area commute? The 2020 Versa will also have optional blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, driver awareness monitoring, and adaptive cruise control.

The 2020 Nissan Versa will be in our Saginaw area showroom in the summer of 2019. Keep an eye on our online inventory page to know when the 2020 Versa models start rolling into our dealership. Need a car today? We have loads of 2019 Versa models in stock and ready to test drive today.
