2020 Nissan Maxima is Safer and More Feature Packed

By Justin Cupler | August 29th, 2019

The Nissan Maxima rolled in with a refreshed look in 2019, but the automaker isn’t done there. The 2020 Nissan Maxima will hit showrooms with tons more standard safety features. The SR trim will also pack in even more features, pushing its luxury and tech up a notch.

The most significant change to the 2020 Nissan Maxima is making the Nissan Safety Shield 360 package part of its standard features. This package adds a slew of standard advanced safety goodies, including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, automatic high-beam headlights, and rear automatic emergency braking.

As for updates to the sportier 2020 Nissan Maxima SR, they are a bit more limited. All the equipment that was once part of the optional Premium Package is now standard, including the dual-pane panoramic sunroof, Intelligent Around View® Monitor, auto-dimming driver’s side mirror, reverse-tilt-down mirrors, and driver’s seat memory.

The 2020 Nissan Maxima is available today at Garber Nissan Hyundai serving the Saginaw, Midland, and Bay City areas. Pricing ranges from $34,250 to $41,540, plus an $895 destination fee. Swing by today to see what the 2020 Nissan Maxima can offer you.
